1. Location a bit faraway from city centre. 2. Dining room ASK ME TO PAY BREAKFAST FEE 150000 dong even I'd 2 free breakfast because I only make 1 register. I did inform C Trip but C Trip do nothing to me. 3. No Porter service in this hotel. 4. Most of the front staff and dining room staff very friendly 5. Hotel Maid very nice and friendly. Most of the hotel room equipment good specially very good running water

衞生很差，連門鎖都是帶鑰匙的，不是用門卡的，床墊硬，窗戶不隔音，晚上大街上有人唱k吵死了。

새로 리노베이션을 해서 방마다 약간의 페인팅 냄새가 남아있었지만 전반적으로 깨끗하였음. 가성비대비 좋음.

Despite of bad review, base on my experience the hotel is good, the room i have is clean, the bed is not hard, the bathroom is clean also and a lot of complimentary drinks on mini refrigerator like water, coke and beer. The location is also good, wifi is fast. All in all my experience is good and the price of the hotel is affordable. Some of the reception can also speak english and friendly.
